Gray to Grace
I opened my eyes this morning to a
gray sky above
gray snow below
got into a gray car
drove on a gray road.
Got out of the car. Got into the church. Got on my knees.
I opened my eyes and found
everything
seemed
brighter.
New day. New grace. New eyes.

Hey Irene, haha yea I wasn’t even thinking about it. Although I remember reading somewhere that we are supposed to use “gray” in reference to the color and “grey” as the adjective. I could be wrong though. Glad to have you comment!
